At CAKED Juice Co., we take pride in the freshness and quality of our vitamin-stacked, cold-pressed juices. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we have a strict policy to ensure the best experience for all customers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your pickup order at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup date.

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the order and will be charged the full amount.

Order Inspection at Pickup

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and check their order (for damage or missing items) BEFORE leaving the store.

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If you notice an issue, please notify our staff immediately at the counter.

After-Store Liability

  • No Responsibility: Once the juice stacks leave our store with the customer, CAKED Juice Co. is not responsible for any damaged, missing, or altered items.

  • Proper Storage: Please ensure you refrigerate your juices immediately to maintain their nutritional integrity and freshness.
